OUR VISION: The Waupaca Community Arts Board will be a central player that integrates the arts into the fabric of the community and contributes to the development of a creative economy. Our inspirational energy will be expressed through a self-supporting arts center, located in the heart of the city, and interactive performances and events throughout the community.
