Waupaca, we need your creativity!
To mark two decades of Arts on the Square, we're inviting the community to create one-of-a-kind top hats that showcase the spirit, memories, and magic of this event.
Decorate your hat however you like! Draw inspiration from a favorite summer memory, an Arts on the Square experience, one of our many community events, or let your imagination run wild. We want these hats to reflect the creativity, joy, and community that have made Arts on the Square so special for the past 20 years.
Start creating today!
Pick up one of our free hat kits to get started. Each kit includes instructions for building your own top hat. Then comes the fun part—decorate it using any materials, colors, textures, and embellishments you can imagine.
Let's fill Waupaca with creativity and celebrate 20 incredible years of arts, community, and inspiration!

Pick a theme! Celebrate:
A favorite memory from Arts on the Square or other event
Friends and family
Anything in your imagination
We’re assembling 100 free kits for the community, but you’re also welcome to make a top hat on your own.
